Always get treated with respect they have been courteous and always very helpful. This is where I buy my appliances, furniture, you name it. This is the place rent to own. the sooner you pay the less you pay. Mr. Gilbert Chavez is who you want to ask for.

Great experience with these folks. Young lady that greeted us was so sweet and super efficient. No gimmicks. then Mr Rascon (cant remember his first name) was an absolute gem. got me out of there quickly and satisfied with my investment.

Gilberto helped us last sunday and again today. He did an amazing job assisting my wife and I find a laptop we wanted and even continued to help us when we had to come back a week later. They had reasonable prices and are willing to work with us on payments. If you go to Aarons you will always get someone that has a good attitude and a business that actually cares about you.

Last night our washer bit the dust, today at 3 we will have a brand new washer and dryer delivered from Aaron’s in Buckeye. There is something to be said for good customer service and at our age we appreciate that! Juan N, Juan U and Xavier were most pleasant, knowledgeable and not pushy. I went back and forth and they didn’t wavier or get tired of repeating things. It’s a big decision to purchase major appliances and they made it painless. I felt like I was a family member and they were steering me to the best options. God Bless that group of young men and we have found a new place to purchase all future needs. Thanks again Aaron’s for having great people to work in your Buckeye, Az store !

Had a wonderful experience purchasing a washer at Aaron's. Was given great customer service by Eric upon arriving in the store. He was very patient with me and my wife who were a bit skeptical of the process of financing the washer. He did a great job of putting me at ease with their 90 days same as cash! To top it off the washer arrived at my house by the store manager Alfred a day earlier than my expected delivery day! Friendly great guy brought machine in and set it up in less than 20 mins. They are doing a great job really going above and beyond! I will be doing more business with them for years to come!
